Buying from me

Butter and Bath creates skincare and bath products by hand using pure, natural ingredients. We do not use preservatives or other harsh additives. Look after your skin, naturally! All our skincare products are safety assessed by an independent chemist.

We also make jewellery, original art, some knitwear and a beautiful, natural beeswax polish, perfect for treating wood without toxins, safe in the knowledge that it is kind to you too.

All orders are shipped as soon as possible.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Items must be unopened and unused. Shipping cost of returns must be paid by the purchaser.
